Who is DALOY?
We are a family endeavour. DALOY e.U. was founded in 2019 in Vienna, Austria.
Where are DALOY products produced?
We only work with industry leaders to put our designs into action - we do not accept compromises on quality, sustainability, health and safety standards, environmental and eco-friendly practices as well as workforce equality. Garment is produced within the EU and the United States of America, assemblement is done in Nicaragua, Honduras and the EU. To guarantee a low ecological footprint orders are fulfilled within a distribution center closest to your shipment location.
Which fabrics are used?
This is an important fact to consider, as the print outcome will vary depending on that fabric. We offer 100% cotton blends, poly blends (50% cotton/50% polyester), and tri-blends (50% polyester/25% cotton/25% rayon or 50% polyester/37% ring-spun combed cotton/13% rayon). Each product site will include a short product description for your convenience.
Why are some garments showing gaps in printed areas?
Some garments such as Racerbacks, Crop Ts, and Onesies are ribbed. Ribbed garments are more form-fitting and provide a little more stretch, which may be flattering to the person wearing them, but can be problematic when printing on them.
The problem with ribbed garments is that the ribs are raised. When a ribbed garment is stretched out the ribs usually even out with the rest of the garment.
When they are printed, ribbed garments are not stretched causing ink to only print on the tops of the ribs, so as the ribbed garment is worn the print will stretch and reveal these gaps.
Where do you ship to?
Please be aware that we only ship to countries within the European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom), EFTA (Island,Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland) as well as Australia, Canada and the United States. Any orders with shipment outside any of the above listed countries must be cancelled.
How long do I have to wait for my order to arrive?
Production time for apparel usually takes 2-7 business days for apparel goods such as T-shirts, hoodies, caps, etc. In addition to it 2-3 for shipping must be taken into consideration. Please keep in mind that depending on your location shipment times may vary.
What happens if a package is not delivered although it is stated in the order tracking details?
We and our partners will cover a variety of courier errors such as lost or damaged in transit, postage due errors or generally misrouted packages when tracking provides no clear details or cause. In the rare cases that a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient reports they have yet to receive it, DALOY would not cover the cost of reshipping the order. This only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient's address.
In most instances, it is found that the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the recipient's address. Recipients should reach out to the courier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person - e.g. "left under table on back porch."
My order is damaged, what should I do?
If something arrives damaged please send a photo of the damaged goods to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a replacement.
What if tracking does not work?
In the end you can always reach out to us via email@example.com and we will work closely with our partners to get your order delivered as soon as possible.
Is shipping cost included in the product prices?
Shipping costs will be displayed at the end of your order process. We do want to keep them as low as possible, therefore we decided to source and produce as close as possible to you.
Why do products prices not include any VAT?
DALOY is a registered company without input VAT deduction according to Austrian VAT Act 1994.
What is your claim policy?
Return requests must be made within 14 days from merchandise receipt, and must be approved in writing by DALOY Customer Service. In any case please first contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will come back to you as soon as possible with a resolution.
Customers will be responsible for all freight and shipping charges on items returned that are not the result of DALOY error.
Customer and special orders cannot be cancelled once they have been entered into production.
All sales are final on closeout items; returns are not acceptable on closeout items under any circumstances.

Who covers Return Shipping costs?
Customer will be responsible for all freight and shipping charges on items returned that are not the result of Sellers error.
